What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Lead client meetings, deliver financial advice, and proactively manage relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Develop, present, and implement comprehensive financial plans that address a full range of client needs including cash flow, investments, taxes, insurance, retirement, and estate planning.
- Identify and capture new opportunities within existing relationships while supporting firm-wide business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and support staff to ensure seamless execution of plans and a high-touch client experience.
- Maintain detailed documentation and follow-through on all client action items.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP®, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
- Series 65 required.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment strategy, and wealth management best practices.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals with empathy and integrity.
- Business development experience and comfort with growth-minded client engagement is a plus.
