Judson Group is proud to partner with a leading RIA with a national footprint in the search for a dynamic Director – Client Development and Sales Leadership – a strategic sales leader ready to build, scale, and elevate a high-performing inside sales function.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving lead qualification, accelerating pipeline conversion, and fueling revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives and senior inside sellers who quarterback the close. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Client Development, and Wealth Advisory – ensuring the right prospects meet the right advisors at exactly the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full lead-to-close lifecycle across direct and affiliate marketing channels.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of sales leaders.
- Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and career development pathways.
- Design and refine multi-touch, multi-channel outreach programs to convert marketing-driven leads.
- Monitor and optimize outreach cadences, messaging, discovery conversations, and pitch tactics.
- Maintain and leverage performance dashboards to ensure disciplined, data-driven pipeline management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, allocate budget, and refine channel strategy (digital, referral platforms, events, etc.).
- Work closely with the Wealth Advisory team to create seamless handoffs and winning sales motions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify priority audiences, sharpen messaging, and build scalable playbooks and scripts.
- Implement and optimize CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, etc.) to maximize productivity and transparency.
- Test new outreach methods and pitch strategies.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and drive enhancements.
- Foster a culture of learning, coaching, and performance excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven success leading and scaling inside sales teams; field sales leadership experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable sales processes and optimize conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience leveraging CRM and sales automation tools.
- Track record of successful partnership with marketing teams on integrated go-to-market initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills—able to motivate high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinker with the operational discipline to execute in a fast-paced growth environment.
