What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations including onboarding, account maintenance, trading support, billing, and client service.
• Ensure operations and client service teams are well staffed, trained, and performing at a high level.
• Optimize processes and technology in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on client experience and operational efficiency.
• Enhance digital onboarding and custodial integrations.
• Serve as senior liaison for custodial relationships and escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintain and improve operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Support firmwide initiatives including client segmentation and service model refinement.
• Partner with Compliance to maintain strong procedures and information security standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of RIA operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of custodial platforms.
• Experience overseeing operations teams.
• Proven ability to build and manage efficient workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a “get-it-done” mindset.
