What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with senior advisors to deeply understand each client’s financial world—from goals and values to risks and opportunities.
  • Crunch the numbers and connect the dots—analyze data and help craft strategic, holistic wealth plans that go beyond the basics.
  • Create compelling, insightful planning deliverables that spark confidence and drive action.
  • Join client meetings, bring your voice, and help turn ideas into results with prompt, proactive follow-up.
  • Stay sharp and adaptable—continually update plans as life, laws, and markets evolve.
  • Take on special projects and contribute your talents to broader initiatives that elevate client service and firm strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • CFP® designation (or active pursuit) required.
  • Emoney planning experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to make data meaningful.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
