In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to some of the firm’s most complex and influential clients—delivering deep financial insight, holistic planning, and white-glove service. You’ll also play a key role in growing the firm’s UHNW client base through strategic referrals, proactive networking, and your own business development expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for a select group of UHNW clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies tailored to complex client needs.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities via client referrals, professional networks, and strategic outreach.
- Work closely with the firm’s planning, tax, investment, and operations teams to execute on client strategies with precision.
- Stay up to date on advanced planning techniques related to tax, estate, philanthropy, and multi-generational wealth transfer.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of wealth advisory experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing a HNW/UHNW client base.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA®, CFP®, CPA, or JD strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with planning and investment tools, as well as CRM and portfolio reporting systems.
- Deep understanding of complex planning and investment strategies for clients with $5MM+ in investable assets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with an unwavering client-first mindset.
- Demonstrated success in business development and referral generation.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
