Judson Group has partnered with a $7B+ Texas-based bank in the search for a Commercial Lending Assistant. The Commercial Lending Assistant will assist the loan officer with the loan application, documentation, and servicing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison to loan officer, ensuring documentation is quickly and accurately completed
• Perform file reviews and complete file maintenance on loan files
• Assist in clearing documentation exceptions as needed
• Maintain communication with the loan processing group and any other partied related to the loan
• Ensure all necessary documentation is secured, appropriately designated, and filed
• Prepare and work with participation agreements as requested

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial loan experience
• Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills and organizational skills needed to handle work in an efficient manner.  High degree of initiative and strong ability to meet principal accountabilities with limited direction and oversight.

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 plus bonus
