What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review client fees, service provider contracts, RFPs, and proposals.
- Run quarterly investment monitoring reports and troubleshoot data feed issues.
- Conduct annual share-class reviews to identify cost-efficient fund options.
- Analyze participant data for plan sponsor support, including retirement readiness studies and plan design evaluations.
- Assist advisors with meeting prep by reviewing reports, recordkeeping data, and service records.
- Maintain a digital fiduciary file to support audit readiness.
- Prepare internal sales and service reporting for tracking and analysis.
- Create comprehensive annual service reviews summarizing all services delivered.
- Communicate professionally with clients, consistently delivering high-touch, responsive service.
- Develop engaging, participant-facing educational materials.
- Maintain Venrollment education websites.
- Coordinate participant education sessions, financial wellness presentations, and related events.
- Build detailed, forward-looking service calendars to align with firm commitments and anticipated projects.
- Complete RFPs for new plan opportunities.
- Create and execute email campaigns.
- Support development of marketing materials, client-facing content, award submissions, and webinars.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Series 65 (or comparable license).
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or an RIA firm, ideally supporting HNW clients.
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA, DOL standards, and current retirement plan legislation.
- Direct experience with retirement plans or retirement plan consulting.
- Excellent technology skills along with clear, confident communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
