Judson Group is excited to partner with a rapidly growing, client-centric wealth management firm in the search for an Associate Wealth Advisor – CFP®. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a collaborative team and manage an established client base of approximately 100 households, working directly alongside a seasoned Regional Branch Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined group of clients, providing proactive wealth management and planning services.
- Lead client meetings and communication with professionalism, empathy, and strategic insight.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals and evolving needs.
- Expand your impact through referral channels and strong COI relationships.
- Communicate planning strategies and the firm’s value proposition clearly and effectively.
- Ensure execution of financial planning action items and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate closely with a client support team to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience.
- Use financial planning tools (MoneyGuidePro) and CRM (Salesforce) to drive efficiency and impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation highly preferred.
- Series 65 preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).
- Demonstrated success managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and client service best practices.
- Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for client service and a collaborative, growth-minded attitude.
