Judson Group has partnered with a highly regarded independent fee-only RIA in the search for a Lead Wealth Advisor. This individual will be handling financial planning and wealth management for a select group of the firm’s clients as well as managing the day-to-day relationships and participating in/conducting client meetings for current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be planning focused, have the ability to lead relationships, and will place client service ahead of all other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Introduce financial plans to prospective clients.
- Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and prospects.
- Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
- Effectively communicate wealth strategy, planning solutions, and value proposition.
- Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
- Work with various firm members to ensure the client’s financial needs are met.
- Work with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of wealth management or financial planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFP or current enrollment in CFP program required
- Financial designations preferred (CFA, MBA)
- Knowledge of E-Money, Orion, and Junxure is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, poised, organized, and keen sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Excellent base salary, bonus, and benefits package.
