Judson Group has partnered with a boutique wealth management firm in the search for a Senior Wealth Advisor – CFP to develop and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be growth-minded with a desire to do outbound client development activities and grow/manage a book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proactive face-to-face communication and relationship building with clients, centers of influence, and prospects for clients.
- An entrepreneurial approach of building a business/growth mindset.
- Drive business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
- Lead financial planning, investment management, and all relationship management needs for client base.
- Effectively communicate investment strategy, planning solutions, and value proposition.
- Ability to deliver a great client experience by effectively arranging internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Effectively communicate financial plans during client meetings.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of direct experience in a planning role.
- CFP Required.
- Desired traits include client service mentality, self-starter, and sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
