Judson Group has partnered with a growing full-service wealth management firm in the search for a Senior Portfolio Analyst – Wealth Management. This individual will play a vital role in providing tailored investment management process and solutions to their HNW/UHNW clients. This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the management of two research and trading support associates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wealth management and experience in research and trading and have strong administrative and client service capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the investment platform at the manager and asset allocation level and be able to accurately articulate and implement this platform within client portfolios.
• Execute the firm’s investment research, analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Assist in overseeing portfolio construction and rebalancing according to client risk tolerance and investment objectives.
• Monitor market trends and economic data to inform partners and support investment decisions.
• Support and supervise trading operations and junior research analysts.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and client use for varying projects and routine client reviews.
• Serve as an innovative thought leader, contribute to constant idea generation and problem solving across all functional areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to explain investment strategies and address their questions and concerns.
• Actively participate in weekly investment research and portfolio management meetings.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree; advanced degree and/or CFA strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of portfolio analyst/investment analyst experience required.
• Experience supervising others.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and portfolio management software such as Bloomberg a plus.
• Blaze Portfolio and Black Diamond software experience a plus.
• Understanding and working knowledge of investment strategies and are able to articulate them to clients.
• Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
