Judson Group has partnered with a highly regarded wealth management firm in the search for an Associate Wealth Advisor. This candidate will have the unique role of providing technical and client relationship management support to seasoned members of the Advisory Team. Furthermore, this candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a lead advisor while learning from a high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Works cohesively with the lead advisors, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships in partnership with the lead advisors
• Attend all meetings held by the lead advisors with clients and prospects
• Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented
• Gather client data including financial constraints and goals
• Review and analyze statements and other financial documents provided by clients
• Strong desire to grow business and learn from others.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of financial services experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Desire to obtain required FINRA Licenses and CFP
• Strong attention to detail, poised, organized, and keen sense of urgency
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
• MUST BE IN THE OFFICE ON A DAILY BASIS
• A DESIRE TO BE A TOP PERFORMER

Compensation: Excellent base salary and benefits package.
