Judson Group has been retained by a growing, multi-office RIA in the search for a Wealth Advisor – CFP. The Wealth Advisor will engage with clients, diagnosing their needs, recommending financial solutions, and partnering with client to execute their overall wealth management plan. The ideal candidate has strong financial planning experience and has lead client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships through regular client communication, attend/leading client meetings, and ensuring a white-glove client service experience.
• Work with portfolio managers to develop client portfolios.
• Analyze client data to understand trends and develop and prepare complex financial plans and recommendations based on findings.
• Work with outside advisors including attorneys, accountants, and other family office service providers to facilitate a full wealth plan.
• Prepare client meeting materials and custom reporting.
• Work closely with team members in investment management activities including implementing investment objectives, rebalancing account trades, monitoring asset allocation and investment performance and investment transitions.
• Collaborate with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
• Develop new business through referrals, COIs, and professional networks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of financial services experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CFP/CFA certification strongly preferred.
• Experience working with private, HNW clients.
• Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
• Experience driving organic growth, attracting prospects, and closing on new business.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
