Judson Group has partnered with a growing RIA to help them add a Client Relationship Manager to their team. This individual will work directly with advisors to service small to mid-size clients and will become a key part of the client relationships they work on. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced client service professional to partner with a team of advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships by implementing data gathering, modeling, case design, plan development, and presentations
- Attends meetings held by the financial advisors with clients and prospects
- Serves as associate advisor on assigned clients
- Handles incoming client calls and requests including questions, money movement, and distributions
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with financial advisors, clients, and prospects
- Assist in facilitating the implementation and monitoring of wealth planning solutions
- Work effectively with the operations team to support daily client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry working directly with clients
- Series 7, 63 required
- Experience working with SalesForce, eMoney, and other related financial services platforms
- Ability to remain organized and maintain high levels of follow through in a fast-paced work environment
- Outstanding listening, written, and verbal skills combined with sound judgment and strong attention to detail
