Judson Group has partnered with a growing, well-respected RIA in the search for a Client Services and Operations Specialist. The Client Services and Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting various operational and administrative duties across the firm. They will also be responsible for managing client requests, gaining proficiency in portfolio accounting systems, ensuring accuracy of client data, providing feedback to the management team, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience, including familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems, and exceptional client service experience.


  • Handle advisor and client requests across various resources including CRM and portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
  • Provide exceptional client service support.
  • Responsible for processing all fund transfers and new account setup.
  • Aid in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of operational workflows.
  • Responsible for developing a strong knowledge of the firm’s software packages and technologies.
  • Play a vital role in the firm’s reporting and data needs.
  • Assist with compliance tasks including audits and reporting.
  • Assist with office operations including fielding telephone and mail inquires.
  • Ability to improve operational efficiencies and best practices.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of operational experience within financial services.
  • Strong client service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
