Judson Group has partnered with a trusted, privately held Business Advisory Firm and Multi-Family Office to add a Multi-Family Office Advisor to their growing team. Our client provides objective, high-quality advice to help ultra-high-net worth clients make smart decisions with their money.

The Multi-Family Office Advisor serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for a select group of clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, providing sound financial planning advice and counsel and work closely with all members of the team to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow the business through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence and community involvement, making a meaningful contribution to the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications
  • Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities
  • Prepare and present to current and prospective clients
  • Present and implement financial plans, including coordination of estate and succession planning, investment management, charitable giving, insurance and tax strategies, and risk management solutions
  • Work with the firm’s portfolio management team to incorporate clients’ investment strategies into their planning objectives
  • Consult and advice with various outside professionals including attorneys and accountants
  • Demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, the highest ethical standards, and the effective use of available resources

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • CFP preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working with private, high net-worth clients and/or institutional clients
  • A self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality
  • Proven ability to network with prospective client and centers of influence
  • Possess active listening and critical thinking skills
  • Client first approach with can-do attitude
