Judson Group has retain by a growing, independent wealth advisory firm in the search for a Wealth Manager. This individual will be supporting the firm’s clients and will be responsible for developing holistic financial plans, managing client relationships, reviewing portfolio performance with clients, and performing research regarding complex client issues.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client facing wealth management experience with a strong background in financial planning and a high attention to detail.   • Responsible for the direct management and oversight of 150+ client households.
  • Partner with existing Senior Client Advisor(s) to support and transition established client relationships.
  • Participate in all client appointments (in person and virtual).
  • Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries without advisor input.
  • Organize and analyze financial data received from new and existing clients.
  • Work with outside advisors including attorneys and accountants to facilitate a holistic wealth plan.
  • Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies.
  • Generate reports and other deliverables for both client-facing and back-office needs.
  • Run scheduled model portfolio rebalances to ensure all client portfolios are within tolerance.
  • Embrace investment strategy of the firm and provide investment education and recommendations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; CFP or CFP track preferred. CKA designation also preferred.
  • 5+ years managing client relations.
  • Experience developing, positioning, and presenting comprehensive financial planning strategies in an easy-to-understand manner to clients required.
  • Detail-oriented focus and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to provide high level of authentic service and compassion to client relationships.
  • Previous experience inputting and managing client case work within CRM database.
  • Dedication to high quality of work, significant attention to detail, and on-time deliverables.
