Judson Group has partnered with a respected, growing financial institution who’s in the search for an AVP, Call Center Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for all Virtual Member Center duties including training, call center technology such as phone systems and computer programs, processes, and goals. With a keen aptitude for taking the Virtual Member Center to the next level, this individual will assess member experience, manage virtual channels to increase member engagement, and be responsible for overall strategic direction of the department.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience of Call Center experience required; financial service environment a plus
  • Understanding of call center/telephone operating systems/ever-changing technology channels
  • Experience leading and training teams
  • Ability to resolve issues under pressure and deadlines

Compensation: Competitive base salary
