This firm is known for delivering thoughtful, relationship-driven advice to a loyal and growing client base, and it’s looking for a motivated client-facing Lead Advisor to join its collaborative, client-first team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in managing and deepening client relationships while contributing to holistic wealth planning strategies.

This role is ideal for a service-minded professional with a strong foundation in financial planning, investments, and client engagement who thrives in a team-based environment. You’ll work closely with clients on everything from portfolio reviews and trades to comprehensive financial, retirement, and estate planning—all while supporting the firm’s ongoing growth through exceptional service and strategic prospecting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead client onboarding, financial plan development, and portfolio structuring tailored to each client’s unique goals and risk profile.
  • Conduct regular investment and portfolio reviews, delivering insights, performance analysis, and strategic updates based on market conditions and client objectives.
  • Provide outstanding service by resolving complex client issues and coordinating with internal operations to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records using CRM systems to support compliance, data integrity, and team collaboration.
  • Independently manage and deepen client relationships through proactive communication, ongoing planning, and the thoughtful introduction of relevant financial solutions.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth through involvement in prospecting and business development initiatives.
  • Support internal projects and strategic initiatives as needed to drive operational excellence and firm-wide success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (2–3+ years) considered.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Enrolled or progressing toward Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently, both in-person and virtually.
  • A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a team-first approach to client service.
