Judson Group has been retained by a $10B+ RIA with a national presence in it’s search for an Associate Wealth Advisor in their Sacramento office. This individual will be supporting investment research, financial planning, operations, and client service/relationship management activities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, and participating in client meetings.

This is a great opportunity for a new or aspiring CFP to support a highly successful Senior Wealth Advisor service an existing book of clients while continuing to develop the skills needed to lead relationships long-term. There is a strong path for growth over time for this individual to lead client relationships and move down the firm’s advisory career path.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships in partnership with the Senior Wealth Advisors.
• Track investment performance and monitor manager array for any changes or updates.
• Attend meetings held by the Senior Wealth Advisors with clients and prospects.
• Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
• Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
• Support investment research.
• Manage account administration, cashiering, and forms for assigned clients.
• Attend various investment conferences and continue staying abreast of wealth industry.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CFP or CFP Track highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a wealth management firm required.
• Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software required.
• Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
