Judson Group has partner with a boutique RIA in the search for a Remote Client Service Advisor. This candidate will have the unique role of providing high-touch client service by ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner, working closely with the firm’s advisors. The ideal candidate is passionate about client service, demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of support client facing wealth management experience and a high attention to detail. This person will need to be a team player who has the desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment, where it is expected that you will wear many hats with varied responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
  • For new clients, assist with onboarding, data collection, and inputting data into financial planning software.
  • Maintain client data ensuring accuracy, security, and timeliness.
  • Organize and analyze financial data received from new and existing clients.
  • Assist advisors with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies.
  • Assist advisors with meeting prep and follow-up, completing any action-items.
  • Generate reports and other deliverables for both client-facing and back-office needs.
  • Ad hoc trading to satisfy client withdrawals and deposits.
  • Develop new ways to continuously provide the best service to the firm’s clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; FPFQ designation or CFP track a plus. Series 65 or 66 also a plus.
  • Experience with RedTail CRM, eMoney, and Orion a plus.
  • Detail-oriented focus and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to recognize and empathize with a given client situation.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to provide high level of authentic service and compassion to client relationships.
  • Previous experience inputting and managing client case work within CRM database.
  • Dedication to high quality of work, significant attention to detail, and on-time deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently (think through and solve problems on your own) but also collaborate/communicate well in a team environment.

Compensation: Attractive compensation package with base salary and bonus.
