Judson Group has been retained by a highly regarded multi-family office in the search for a Wealth Advisor – CFP. This role will be an integral part in servicing large relationships with a focus on sophisticated planning and investment management planning needs. This is a privately held firm that has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years. The team is very collaborative and building a family atmosphere that rewards employees is very important to them.

The firm would be an ideal fit for a candidate that enjoys providing high-end comprehensive wealth management to UHNW clients and is looking to build their career within a collaborative firm. There is a strong growth path offered, alongside the ability to work with and be mentored by highly successful senior advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, relationship management, and client communication for existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships through COI’s, prospects, networking, and referrals.
• Attend networking events and industry groups.
• Initiate due diligence and onboarding with appropriate team members, leading the pitch.
• Act as primary point of contact for relationships identified by the Senior Wealth Advisor.
• Attend client meetings and ensure action items are followed up as appropriate.
• Ensure client satisfaction through first class service.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CFP required; advanced designations a plus (CPA, CFA, CIMA, MBA, JD)
• 5+ years’ direct advisory experience with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Must exhibit proactive ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Morningstar Direct, BlackDiamond, Salesforce, eMoney, Excel, and Wealthscape.
• Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
