Judson Group has partnered with a successful RIA in the search for a Manager, Client Service that provides client service support to the firm. The Manager, Client Service assists with ensuring an exceptional client experience through hiring, training, development, and performance development of each member of the Relationship Associate team. Additionally, the Manager, Client Service will primarily be responsible for various client service functions including workflows, procedures, and capacity management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Relationship Associates, including hiring, developing, training, and performance managing
  • Support the client experience vision, strategy, and value proposition to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure client service goals and procedures are being met
  • Act as a liaison between the Relationship Associate team and other staff
  • Manage team member capacity to ensure client needs are being met
  • Maintain client data ensuring accuracy, security, and timeliness
  • Prepare various reports for client reviews and other miscellaneous meetings
  • Develop new ways to continuously provide the best service to the firm’s clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client service experience within the financial services industry
  • 3+ years of supervisory and/or management capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
  • Client services oriented and strong attention to detail
