Judson Group has partnered with a highly regarded wealth management firm in Indianapolis with an excess of $15B AUM in the search for a Client Relationship Manager. The firm is known for its Midwestern presence, collaborative approach, and excellent client service capabilities for clients with net worth $10MM and above.
The ideal candidate has strong financial planning and/or investment advisory experience. This is a support role with direct client and management/advisor interaction. In this role the employee oversees the client service process, bridging the gap between the client’s lead advisor and the other support areas of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts between the lead advisor and all service areas of the firm.
- Review client reports and assist with all planning and implementation for the client.
- CRM may have direct reports and supervisory responsibilities.
- Work closely to support lead advisor with ad hoc client projects, meeting prep and follow up, business development actives and other day-to-day tasks.
- Lead day-to-day client communication and client service.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree and/or CFP highly preferred.
- Experience with planning concepts required.
- 5+ years relevant experience within a wealth management firm.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read and understand legal documents required.
