Judson Group has partnered with a highly regarded wealth management firm in the search for an Ultra High Net Worth Wealth Planning Specialist. This role is part of a team responsible for managing HNW and UHNW clients and is specifically focused on developing and implementing wealth plans. This is a privately-held firm that has experienced tremendous growth. The team is very collaborative and building a family atmosphere that rewards employees is very important to them.

The ideal candidate has tax and estate planning knowledge and experience working with HNW/UHNW clients. This is a highly visible position at the firm and the ideal candidate will have experience representing the firm at industry related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning activities which may include, but not limited to: estate planning, liquidity events, income taxes, stock options, wealth transfers, asset protection, retirement, life insurance and annuities
• Coordinate with various financial professionals such as estate planners, tax accountants, and insurance professionals
• Work in coordination with a strategic planning specialist to assist in planning discussions with current and prospective clients
• Identify new business opportunities through COIs, referrals, and participation in networking and industry groups
• Partake in professional development to deepen strategic planning knowledge

Requirements:

• JD required; LL.M, CPA, or other relevant designations highly preferred
• 3+ years direct strategic planning experience with HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills
• Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Compensation:
Base salary competitive with current base and experience level with bonus plan in addition.
