Judson Group has partnered with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in the Twin Cities area in the search for a Practice Manager/Operations. This individual will report directly to the owner and will oversee client services and office procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of the client service and operations processes in Wealth Management firm, and the ability to be a strategic thought leader and drive change. This individual should have a passion for client service and finding strategic, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring a top-notch client experience, adhering to compliance and risk requirements.
  • Recruit and lead client operations/client service experience team and support staff.
  • Oversee technology resources and processes as they pertain to the client experience and operations, including Schwab Advisor Center, Zayanta, Redtail, Albridge OneView, and MindJet.
  • Manage all new and existing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee marketing processes and online presence.
  • Manage client experience operations metrics and key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement new processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency day-to-day.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience preferably within a wealth/investment firm in client services or as a Practice Manger.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of basic financial services operational functions, terminology, and software.
  • High degree of customer service, confidentiality and urgency.
