Judson Group has been retained by a successful independent wealth management firm in the search for an Office Manager. This firm has a primary focus on financial planning and holistic wealth management. This person will assist the firm in various projects including office management and client satisfaction.


  • Manages all office administrative activities including greeting clients, phone management, scheduling, mail coordination, office materials and equipment, travel arrangements, and office communication
  • Manages a variety of documents and information including client correspondences, meeting materials, and schedules
  • Produces reports and maintains database files
  • Maintain relationships with service vendors
  • Bookkeeping duties that include accounts payable and accounts receivable


  • 5+ years of executive assistance or office management experience
  • Experience working with executive leadership
  • Exposure/familiarity with CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High level of confidentiality and dependability
  • Multi-tasking ability and works well under pressure; keen eye for detail
