Judson Group has partnered with a comprehensive independent, boutique wealth management firm in the search for a Junior Wealth Advisor. The Junior Wealth Advisor will be responsible for supporting more senior advisory team members in the identification, analysis, and implementation of planning strategies.

The ideal candidate has relevant wealth management experience and a desire to grow his/her career as this position offers the opportunity to develop into a Senior Wealth Advisor role in the future.


  • In collaboration with a Senior Wealth Advisor, support client relationships in terms of day-to-day client communication.
  • Assist clients to set up paperwork and provide service to clients needing cash requests, new paperwork, compliance requirements and custodian requirements.
  • Build and maintain client relationships in partnership with the Senior Advisors.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through leading client meetings, ongoing communication, and coordination with operations specialists on complex client issues.
  • Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
  • Prepare and maintain client reports including balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Responsible for satisfaction and retention of the firm’s wealth management clients.


  • 2+ years of wealth experience in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree; CFP designation or on track to earn CFP highly preferred.
  • Series 65, 7.
  • Experience with various planning components including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, asset protection, and/or investment planning highly preferred.
  • Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
