Judson Group has partnered with a growing RIA in the search for an Associate Wealth Advisor. By building and maintaining client relationships through client-facing communications and the coordinated delivery of services, the Associate Wealth Advisor serves as the principal contact with select clients.

The ideal candidate has financial planning experience, along with an understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies. They should also have a desire to work in a team-based environment to serve HNW client relationships.


Financial Planning

  • Develop a knowledge of the client’s entire financial and family situation and prepare comprehensive financial plans including:
    • cash flow management
    • risk management
    • investment planning
    • tax planning
    • retirement planning
    • estate planning
  • Ability to discuss estate planning and work with internal and external resources to meet estate planning goals of the client.
  • Understand and coordinate income tax planning and work closely with client tax advisors.
  • Seek to establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial issue can be addressed, and solutions offered.

Client Service

  • Build and maintain client relationships through leading client meetings, ongoing communication, and coordination with operations specialists on complex client issues.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations on financial and tax planning options and opportunities, investment performance, and economic and market trends.
  • Direct consultation with attorneys, accountants and other advisors on financial, tax and estate planning.


  • 2+ years financial planning experience required
  • CFP required
  • Experience with e-money preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in accounting, finance, economics or mathematics preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial planning process, related services and client servicing needs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with professionals across all levels of both the organization and external community
  • Strong understanding of industry compliance standards
