Judson Group has partnered with a long-standing community bank in the search for a VP/SVP Commercial Lender. Our client is expanding its commercial lending team in the Denver area and is seeking a strong business developer that values long term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Business development – establish relationships with new and existing clients and fund $10MM – $15MM in loans annually
• Deposit production $6MM – $7MM annually
• Target clients with revenue between $10MM-$50MM+, average loan size $1MM – $3MM; primarily CRE
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Monitor client loan and deposit portfolio consistent with bank policies

Requirements:

• 10+ years successful commercial lending experience
• Strong underwriting capabilities
• Formal credit training required
• Strong COI network in the Denver area
• Demonstrated work ethic and involvement in community functions and activities
