Judson Group has partnered with a respected community bank in the search for a Commercial Lender. Our client is expanding its commercial lending team in the Denver area and is seeking a strong business developer that values long term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Business development – establish relationships with new and existing clients and fund $15MM – $20MM in loans annually
• Deposit production $3MM – $5MM annually
• Target clients with revenue between $30MM-$100MM, average loan size $7MM; primarily CRE
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Monitor client loan and deposit portfolio consistent with bank policies

Requirements:

• 3+ years successful commercial lending experience
• Strong underwriting capabilities
• Formal credit training required
• Strong COI network in the Denver area
• Demonstrated work ethic and involvement in community functions and activities
