David has served with The Judson Group since January 2006.  He leads the company’s strategic efforts in the Chicago market.  He earned The Judson Group’ Rookie Account Executive of the Year designation.  His specialty in business and commercial lending has provided A-Players to numerous Banks focused on building successful sales teams.
 
Prior to joining the company, David taught for 5 years on the graduate faculty at a local university that included a number of international teaching assignments in the areas of Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Global Impact, Organizational Change, Business Ethics and Research Methods.
 
David lived in Asia for 10 years where he conducted research to complete his Ph.D. and worked for InterSearch Japan, an international search firm in Tokyo.  David was a lead Search Consultant responsible for assisting U.S. firms seeking executive leadership in Asia.  His key clients included UNOCAL, Amway, GTE Sprint, Coca-Cola, Gallo Wines and others.
 
As a career military officer, Lieutenant Colonel Ronan had many roles including Battalion Executive Officer and International Liaison Officer between the United Nations and the U.S. military.  He served in various leadership roles including the Chief of the Military Operational Plans Division at the U.S. Army Headquarters in Japan.
